Restore Purchases

If you’ve reinstalled LatinFlare or switched to a new device, your subscription should restore automatically when you sign in with the same account. If it doesn’t, you can restore it manually.

When you open the app and sign in, your subscription status is checked automatically. In most cases your Premium or VIP access will be restored without you needing to do anything.

If your subscription isn’t showing after signing in:

  1. Go to your profile

    Tap the profile tab and open Settings.

  2. Tap Manage Subscriptions & Credits

    This opens the subscription management screen.

  3. Tap Restore Purchases

    Tap Restore Purchases. The app will check your App Store or Google Play account for any active or previous subscriptions.

  • Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used to originally purchase the subscription
  • Make sure your subscription is still active — expired subscriptions cannot be restored
  • Check your App Store or Google Play to confirm the subscription status
