App Not Working
If LatinFlare isn’t behaving as expected, these steps fix the vast majority of issues.
Try these first
Section titled “Try these first”1. Force close and reopen the app
Close the app completely (don’t just go to the home screen) and reopen it. This clears any temporary state that might be causing a problem.
2. Check your internet connection
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if the issue is connection-related. If other apps also have trouble loading, the issue is likely your network.
3. Restart your phone
A full device restart solves a surprising number of app issues, especially after updates.
Update the app
Section titled “Update the app”Running an outdated version can cause unexpected behaviour. Check the App Store or Google Play for any available updates and install them.
Clear the app cache (Android)
Section titled “Clear the app cache (Android)”-
Open device Settings
Go to Settings → Apps → LatinFlare.
-
Clear cache
Tap Storage → Clear Cache. This removes temporary files without deleting your account or data.
Reinstall the app
Section titled “Reinstall the app”If nothing else has worked, deleting and reinstalling the app gives you a clean install. Your account and matches are stored on our servers so nothing will be lost — just sign back in after reinstalling.
