Cancel Subscription
Subscriptions are billed and managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). To stop future charges, you need to cancel directly through the platform where you subscribed.
Cancel on iOS (App Store)
Section titled “Cancel on iOS (App Store)”-
Open Settings on your iPhone
Go to Settings → tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.

Open Subscriptions
Tap Subscriptions to see all your active and expired subscriptions.

Select your subscription
Find and tap the app subscription you want to cancel.

Tap Cancel Subscription
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm when prompted.
Cancel on Android (Google Play)
Section titled “Cancel on Android (Google Play)”-
Open the Google Play Store
Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.

Open your subscriptions
Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner, then go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Select your subscription
Find and tap the subscription you want to cancel.

Tap Cancel Subscription
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.
Cancel a web subscription
Section titled “Cancel a web subscription”If you subscribed via the web, manage your subscription from within the app under Settings → Manage Subscriptions & Credits.
After cancellation
Section titled “After cancellation”- Your Premium or VIP access remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- Your account and all data are preserved — only the paid features revert to free tier
- If you change your mind, you can resubscribe at any time from the app
Still seeing charges?
Section titled “Still seeing charges?”If you’re still being charged after cancelling, verify that the cancellation was confirmed in the App Store or Google Play. Contact support if the issue persists.
